How should I prepare for my first treatment?

Wear comfortable clothing: You’ll be asked to undress for the massage.

What should I wear for the massage?

Nothing inappropriate such as a thong or see through underware.

If you decide to not wear undergarments, or "barely there underware", you must abide by the 'draping policy'.

The draping policy means that Your breasts and groin area should not be exposed during the massage.

Proper draping of the sheet over your body during the massage is very important. The drape is there for your comfort and safety.

If you cannot abide by this policy, then the massage will be ended immediately and you will be asked to leave the session. You will not be allowed to schedule another massage at Flood City Massage.
What should I expect from my first session?
For your first massage, you can expect the following:

Confidentiality: The therapist will keep your information private. The therapist will leave the room for you to get undressed and lay under the sheet on the massage table.

Getting on the table: You will lie on your stomach or your side, depending on your comfort and preference. The therapist may use pillows or bolsters to support you.

Massage time: The therapist will use different strokes and pressure to relax your muscles and ease your tension. You should communicate if anything feels uncomfortable or painful.

Can I talk during the massage?
Every client is different in their preference. Some clients like to talk and others like total silence while relaxing and listening to the calming background music.
